On the news front, earlier this month, Estun Automation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Estun Automation Siasun Robot & Automation and Dingtong Mechanical and Electrical plan to acquire 100% equity of Estun Automation Cooltech in cash. After the completion of the transaction, Estun Automation Cooltech will be included in the consolidated financial statements. Currently, the acquisition is still in the preliminary planning stage, with no specific terms determined and no legally binding agreements signed. Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) previously pointed out that the company is in a stage where the industry's recovery intersects with the upgrading of platform capabilities. On the one hand, the domestic industrial output of Siasun Robot & Automation continues to grow rapidly, with the company's shipment volume ranking first in the Chinese market, and the turning point in profitability gradually emerging. On the other hand, the company is strengthening its competitiveness through measures such as listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange, AI-enabled products, and mergers and acquisitions, with the prospect of steadily improving operating quality.
