Xinmai Semiconductor Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinmai Semiconductor) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on January 7, 2026, which expired after 6 months on July 7, 2026. Huatai International served as its exclusive sponsor.
The prospectus shows that Xinmai Semiconductor is a power semiconductor company that provides efficient power management solutions through its own process technology. The company's products cover three major technology areas: mobile technology, display technology, and power devices, widely used in: automotive; telecommunications equipment; data centers; industrial applications; and consumer electronics products.
Xinmai Semiconductor adopts a Fab-Lite IDM business model, establishing a comprehensive supply system including China and overseas supply chains. The company's products focus on providing customized solutions and high performance for leading customers, with a core focus on innovative IC and device design and the development of its own process platform. With approximately 16.76% equity in its long-term strategic wafer foundry partner Fuxin Semiconductor, and its position as one of its most important customers, Xinmai Semiconductor has priority in its production capacity and technology resources.
